The Park's Finest never disappoints! I ordered the Coconut Milk Adobo with rice, Tri Tip, and Gouda Mac & Cheese, everything was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The adobo was rich and creamy with just the right balance of savory and coconut sweetness. The tri tip was tender and smoky, and that Gouda mac? Pure comfort food perfection.

Cornbread - another unexpected hit. Cornbread often risks being overly dry, but this had a much more cake like texture without being overly sweet. So moist, so delicious. Incredibly addictive!

If there is one thing that you absolutely must get, it is the Short Rib mouthwatering fall of the bone goodness. The sauces are also complemented the short rib. the spices used were chefs kisssssss. We got the cornbread bibingka and alot of times cornbreads are dry but this wasnt because of the bibingka part. i LOVED it. We tried the coconut beef almost reminded me of bicol express - this was full of flavor. We ordered some veggies and some sausages and those were good as well. We spotted Ronnie Chiang here that was super cool. We will be back. :)
